NANOLENE
NANOLENE is a modified polypropylene compound.
NANOFIL offers custom polypropylene compounds modified with 5%~40% minerals such as Talc, Calcium, Mica, and Short glass fibers.
These mineral modified grades are used in applications that require rigidity, stiffness, and cost reduction.
NANOLENE FR modified compounds are used in applications demanding flame retarding properties. The typical application is in Automotive wiring and harness sleeves, Engine parts, Electronic and Appliance parts, etc., FR grades are available with both halogen and non–halogen based on the customer’s specific requirements.
NANOLENE also offers a short fiberglass/bead modified grades with a loading of 5%~45% PP compounds. These grades exhibit high tensile strength, low warpage, and reduce part shrinkage, etc.
The controlled glass fiber orientation and dispersion is achieved by the careful selection of glass fibers and additives. It is produced with the optimal processing technique that results in excellent compatibility and thereby exhibits higher mechanical strength, HDT, and dimensional stability.
NANOLENE glass modified compounds comply with ROHS and are mainly used in the molding of components in Furniture, Washing Machine, Auto Fans, Household Appliances, Irrigation parts, etc.
NANOLENE is also available in mixed mineral combinations like Glass fiber/beads with Talc, Mica, FR, Antistatic, Dissipative, and Conductive additives, etc., as per customers’ specific requirement.
NANOLAC
NANOFIL Technologies offers pre-colored ABS & SAN compounds, Heat resistant ABS, FR ABS (both V0 and V2 with 1.6 mm and 3.2mm ) for both injection and Extrusion applications. Glass modified ABS/ SAN for Injection molding application.
Nanolac meets ROHS requirements.
Nanolac compounds are used in a wide variety of applications such as Electronic components, Household appliances, Heat-resistant insulators, Switches, Connectors, Air conditioner parts, Auto Horns, Auto mirror parts, Industrial fan blades, Tower fans, etc.,

NANOMIDE
NANOMIDE is a Polyamide 6 & Polyamide 66 (Nylon compounds) compound.
NANOFIL offers PA 6 & PA66 as Unfilled, Mineral modified, Glass modified & FR modified in any specific color requirements. Nanomide is a plastic engineering compound, especially for applications requiring higher mechanical, chemical, and heat resistance with an excellent surface finish. Nanomide often answers designers, seeking product design with weight savings, functional integration, design freedom, and cost reduction.
NANOMIDE is used in various automotive components either in the interior or in exterior and also in under hood/engine part applications. It is also widely used in various Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, and Household applications.
NANOMIDE glass modified PA6 & PA66 is available with 10-50% short glass fiber loading. It gives excellent strength, high toughness, wear, and corrosion resistance. They are used in applications that require high dimensional stability, high HDT, good electrical insulation, surface smoothness, easy moldability, and other added advantages. All Nanomide grades comply with RoHS requirements.
NANOMIDE 6 and 66 are available with Halogen-free flame retardant, which passes UL 94 V-0 both in 1.6 and 3.2mm.
NANO GREEN
NANO GREEN is a regenerated polypropylene from a Recyclable Industrial waste, either which can be used directly or with some modification like coloring and improving the base properties of the material. It adds value to our customers and also reduces the carbon footprint, minimizes the use of depleting fossil fuel sources.
Technology
When appearance is critical, Nanofil Technologies improves the scratch & mar performance of polyolefins. Scratch-Mar resistance modified PP/TPO is used in automotive applications such as exterior cladding, bumpers, interior instrument, and door panels plus seating components to help meet OEM scratch requirements for plastic materials. It performs well in combination with light stabilizers and colorants.
The common applications include Automotive Parts, Office Furniture, Housewares & Disposables etc.
Glass Fiber Reinforced

Glass fiber offers the best tensile strength, heat resistance, and stiffness improvement of nearly any other reinforcing agent. We supply a variety of custom formulated short glass Polypropylene/SAN/ABS/Nylon compounds that range in glass content, mechanical properties, color, and more. Our Modular glass fiber technology provides even better stiffness and strength for robust injection molding applications. In general, glass-reinforced compounds are used in structural components that require higher levels of stiffness, strength, and heat resistance, predominantly within automotive, appliances, and furniture applications.
Mineral Reinforced
We are the manufacturer of 10 % Mineral Reinforced Polypropylene Compound.This grade offers good balance in stiffness/ impact strength and has very good scratch resistance.
Flame Retardant
